Honeymoon couples, families with young children over six years or business men with a few days in hand can enjoy the trails that lead from village to village at comfortable altitudes. Each trek will offer splendid views of the high ice encrusted giants to the north as you walk through forest and farmland over the ridges that make up the Middle Hills between the Himalayan Range and the lowlands that stretch southwards into India. Most Nepal easy treks wander through altitudes of between 1 000m and 3 000m, with a few popular ones reaching 3 500m. The pace of each trek will be suited to your needs. You will trek for five to six hours each day with a lengthy break for lunch. Our routes ensure that you acclimatise correctly before you reach ‘high ground.’

Our easy trekking packages are inclusive trekking permits, transport, your guide, local porters, accommodation, meals, safe drinking water and hot showers.

Sturdy shoes/boots, warm/waterproof clothing, a good sleeping bag, day pack, camera, sunscreen and hat are essential items. Spring (March - May) and autumn (September - November) are the best months to easy trekking in Nepal, but we offer these treks throughout the year.
