I made it to Everest Base Camp and loved the entire trip. Mountain Mart played a pivotal role in making this such a great adventure. The guides they found for us made all the difference in the world.
Our guide, Makar Tamang, is remarkable! I can tell he knew what makes a great adventure even better. He knew every mountain and its specifications, he knew all the local culture and customs and explained them so clearly, he knew what to suggest and what to avoid, he completely understands customer service, his English was amazing, he knew all the right people to get the special orders or service, and he knew the little extras that made it special. Most impressive is who he is, Makar is kind, patient, humble, helpful, FUN, bright, eager, careful, encouraging, and consistent.
Gorka Tamang, our assistant guide was always out front keeping the perfect pace and making sure we were safe and enjoyed the journey. Both the guides and my son had a blast together laughing, singing, sharing and playing around.
There is no way to perfectly describe the views you will see on this journey from the lush green and magical waterfalls of the lower section to the powerful majestic views of the mountains and vistas of the upper section.
This trip will change your life and this country and its people will steal a piece of your soul.

Me and my wife have completed a 12 day (we took the helicopter down/back from Gorak-Shep) trekking expedition to the Everest Base Camp with this company.
We are seasoned travelers, 3-5 international trips/year for 15 years.
The company did an AMAZING,OUTSTANDING job in maintaining communication, organizing and guiding this trip.
The owner, Mr Thapa Dolakh was extremely prompt in answering all questions prior to the trip.
The price is comparable to other trekking Nepalese companies BUT some of the “perks” included such as the provision of very large duffel bags and especially providing treated, decontaminated water throughout the ENTIRE trip 😳😳😳 are INVALUABLE in my opinion.
Mr Thapa, was willing (if we were in a pinch) to exchange a small dollar amount at a MUCH better rate then any other money exchange venue. He is an extremely alert, customer service oriented, accommodating and flexible individual that can and is willing to change/re-do an itinerary for the customer’s best interest !!
He made sure that we got our Covid test at a local hospital prior to departure and had a city tour with transportation to the airport at the conclusion of our trip.
Our porter, Dev, a very strong individual, was extremely nice, pleasant and ALWAYS willing to help us during some difficult/dangerous parts of the trek. He carried an extra duffel bag (we brought too much stuff with us).
Our guide, Tilak, a very, very very kind and seasoned professional was absolutely amazing !! Good organizer, explaining every aspect of the itinerary, ALWAYS, ALWAYS willing to help me during the difficult parts of the trek, carrying our water bottles, making sure that we had enough water and we drank enough and were taking our Diamox pills if needed.
Altogether, we were very impressed and grateful for the service we received from this company.

I didn't know what to expect from Mountain Mart Treks, as I booked at the last moment, but I was more than pleasantly surprised from their service from the moment I stepped out of the airport, to the moment I boarded my plane. I was met by my guide at the airport, with whom I was to spend the next two weeks trekking. The Kathmandu accommodation was very decent, central, and real 3-stars. What I didn't realize that over the next two weeks, I didn't simply receive a mountain guide (Ram Bhandari), but something like a personal assistant, competent advisor, and a friend, all in one. In comparison to other guides that I saw on the trek, Ram was much more energetic, willing to do 'acclimatization' treks, which proved to be key for acclimatization process; always be on time, whenever he is needed; even cooked for me a couple of times, when the lodge's cooks were not available. As in any company, the best asset are it's employees, so in Mountain Mart's case, I can say that people like Ram, really make for a great company. The company's owner was personally and actively involved in ensuring the quality and the best service to be provided, actively seeking feedback. One thing that is good to keep in mind on these treks is that the lodges and hotels up there function a bit like low-cost

I just completed one of my dreams of going to Everest Base Camp. I was very pleased to go with Mountain Mart trek. The owner, Dolakh was able to answer the many questions we had before our trip via email. He was very accommodating to my specific schedule.
When we arrived in Nepal from the US, and completed immigration and collected our baggage, we were greeted by our guide Lochan. From that moment on, he truly was our “guide” before, during and after the trek. He always made sure all our concerns and needs were addressed throughout the trek.
The company also provided us with a porters. We had the pleasure of having Dawa as our Porter. He carried our duffel bags all the way up and down the trek and all the stops in between. And when he is not helping carrying our bags, he would join us during some of our hikes to assist us during the hike. He also was great to have around to take the “perfect picture”. And at night he would join us at the dinning room to help service us. He also took the time to make us an apple pie dessert.
I was very happy having Lochan and Dawa as our guide and porter. By the end of the trek, they were like my new brothers who helped me achieve my dreams.
I would highly recommend Mountain Mart Treks if you plan an doing the Everest Base Camp.

Myself and my girlfriend did the 10-day Gokyo lakes trek in November 2019. We had an amazing time and were very impressed by Mountain Mart. There was excellent communication from Dolakh before the trip, explaining the details of the itenerary, what kit we would need etc and answering all our questions. The trip itself was fantastic and very well organised. Mountain mart took care of everything and arranged pick up from the airport to our hotel, had a guide accompany us on the flight to Lukla (which can be a bit confusing otherwise), and we were met by the guide and porters on arrival at Lukla.
Our guide on the trip, Makar, was fantastic and spoke excellent english and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip.
We would highly recommend Mountain Mart for trekking in Nepal, and we would certainly use them again for our next trip there.

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day trek to Gokyo-Ri with Mountain Mart.
Prior to our arrival in Nepal we were very impressed with the communication from company owner Dolakh, who made sure any questions were answered promptly, we knew what kit to bring and we had a smooth transfer from the airport to our hotel.
Makar, our guide, made sure we had a great time on our trek. He was very knowledgable about the local area, good company and made us feel safe at all times. He was also incredibly well organised making sure we were well fed, hydrated and rested throughout the trip. At the slightly chaotic Lukla airport we sailed through the check in and departure process with his help.
Bir, our porter was also excellent. He tirelessly carried our bags during our trek and was also willing to help whenever needed.
We would highly recommend Mountain Mart for trekking in Nepal and would certainly use them again.

This was the first time I had experienced a trip like this as I had never gone Trekking before and I had a great time in Nepal!
Originally we were booked for the Gokyo Lake/EBC Trek, but ended up just completing the Gokyo Trek due to our bodies deciding that was enough for us.
We had a great guide Kumar! We enjoyed his company throughout the trek. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. At times when I struggled with carrying my own bag he would offer to carry it, which was much appreciated! He always encouraged us to take the rest we needed, never making it feel like we were being pushed faster or harder then we could go.
When we had to turn around earlier than planned he handled the change very well and adjusted the plan easily for us.
They booked great tea houses to rest for the nights which made the experience all that much better. After a long day of walking it was great to have good places to relax.
We also got a Kathmandu Tour a day before the trek and had them book a 3 day Chitwan National Park trip after our trek. Both which made the trip all that much more enjoyable.
Mountain Mart and their staff made our trip an awesome experience!

I can’t speak highly enough of this company! I decided very last minute to do this, booking merely weeks in advance and Dolakh was very efficient with replying to my questions! On the trek my guide Bhoj was a superstar- always smiling and happy, and always making sure I was well fed with snacks! He really helped me make it up Kala Patthar and when I fell over and hurt my ankle and he quickly looked after it. When I next come to Nepal I will definitely request to have him as a guide again.

We had a great experience with Mountain Mart Treks. We booked the trek online via email. Dolakh, the owner, was super responsive and helpful. We put 20% down and paid the rest upon our arrival to Kathmandu.
A day before the trek we met at the offices. We met Dolakh and our guide Nabin. They went over what we were doing everyday and all the gears we would need. He gave great advice and tips. Very helpful!
The next day a driver picked us up with out guide from our hotel. Nabin took care of us throughout the trek. He provided us with everything we needed including snacks and water. He was very attentive and also a great time.

Just completed the 10 days Everest basecamp trek! It was a breath taking experience :)
Communication with dolakh was easy and he answered all our questions when we were planning our trip. He was able to accommodate our travel dates even though they weren’t listed on the website.
The EBC Heli Trekking package included 10 day EBC trek and 2 nights in Everest boutique Hotel in Kathmandu.
Our guide Lochan was excellent. He is so funny and I was glad to have him as a guide. He is very knowledgeable about the mountains and altitude sickness. He checked out vitals/assessed our wellbeing every night. He speaks English very well also.
Dawa our porter was also very friendly and it was a pleasure having him as part of our group. He accompanied us on our acclimatizing days as well as some other days and it was nice to talk with him too, he’s such a strong hiker. He makes a delicious fresh apple pie ::yum::
In the end my friend and I both made it to EBC successfully and I would say I was very satisfied with the services provided by mountain mart (dolakh, lochan, and dawa).
It is not an easy trek by any means, but reaching the goal was so sweet. I also made it to kala Patthar summit, I highly recommend the extra effort to do that hike because the view is absolutely stunning.
There were a few easy days, but it was pretty physically tough and also mentally tough with the colder temperatures. Over all though it was an amazing adventure and I’d recommended it to anyone who really wants to take on the challenge.

Having never done a high altitude trek I was excited and slightly nervous. Everest base camp is something I’ve also wanted to do, and going through mountain mart was the best decision I made! From early emails and WhatsApp messages with Dolahk, it made preparations easy. Once I arrived in Kathmandu the day before the trek we met that afternoon for a last minute briefing and double check I had everything which after the meeting, my guide Bishal, led me around Thamel and helped me pick up some last minute things (cheap too!). The following 10 days were nothing short of amazingly beautiful landscapes and at times some tough trekking at altitude. All of which was made so easy because of my amazing guide Bishal. He was so attentive, I never had to leave my seat at the lodges I would simply look up and he would already be walking over. He set the pace and knew when I should rest more or could work harder, he was also very knowledgeable having grown up in the Khumbu region. I can’t fault his amazing service and I don’t think he even broke a sweat the entire time, he’s superhuman!! I would recommend mountain mart to anyone I know without hesitation!

I am about 3 weeks late on this review but wanted to make sure I left it anyway. 3 weeks ago I took the 10-day helicopter EBC trek with Makar as our guide and I cannot say enough how great Makar was! He really made this whole trip amazing. He was always extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Always going above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend using Mountain Mart for any other their treks. Even though I have one done one with them I am sure they are all just as good.
Mountain Mart.. you really have someone special in Makar! I hope you always take care of him like he always took care of us. Give this man a raise! :)

We did a EBC Trek and Helicopter return on October 2021 in a private group of 3. It was a great experience! The trek was perfectly organized, the lodges were good and clean, according to our requests, meals always good and with several options, and we had an amazing team: our guide Bhoj did everything to make us feel at home, he was available 24/7 and took care of all our needs. The assistants, among which Milan, were also nice and super helpful. The team gave us great comfort in challenging times (especially at high altitude, when we were tired and the trek was more difficult). Needless to say, the trek itself was SUPERB! Amazing and varied landscapes, and the emotion to get to EBC was unbelievable!!!! We were impressed by these professionals and loved all local people we met during our stay in Solukhumbu region.

I am a 61 year old woman. I'm relatively active but I was unsure if I had the endurance for the Everest Base Camp hike. My husband went 3 years ago and had a great enough experience with Mountain Mart that he wanted to use them again. We were also able to get the same guide, Makar Tamang. Makar has great English skills and is really knowledgeable about the region, the wildlife, vegetation and, of course, the mountains. He assured me I could do it. We kept a good pace meaning up with the other hikers, but slower than the porters. (They are amazing.) Makar took our oxygen levels each evening to be sure we were physically ok. Best of all, I made it! Makar has a fun personality as well as being caring. Our group was always laughing. We had great card games in the tea houses along the way. A great guide really helps on an expedition such as this.
We had another guide, Gorkha. He is cheerful and lots of fun too. They are very respectful and watch out for their cargo, (us). We had such an enjoyable time with our guides.
Dolakh is the owner of Mountain Mart. He was great at arranging transportation from the airport to our hotel and back and forth many times. He helped us jump through the Covid testing requirements. He knew about the hotels in the area and helped us choose a lovely spot. He helped arrange tours in Kathmandu.

Friend of mine booked the trip so I can’t speak to the ease of booking and working through Mountain Mart but upon arrival they were organized and easy to work with. We did a 10 day rapid ascent to Everest Base Camp and the trip was well organized but also offered us flexibility if we were struggling with the altitude which was a relief, not knowing how well we’d do. The trek was amazing, I loved it but what really made it one to remember was the people.
I have nothing but a grand review, for our guide Yukumar and our porter Kamal. Kumar went above and beyond every step of the way and paid attention to every detail of our comfort, not to mention he was good company to have beside you on the trail or in the Tea Houses. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the mountains, terrain, villages, and Nepali culture. I learned a lot from Kumar during the trek and his constant support helped me get through a rapid trek. Through my first experience with altitude sickness to holding my hand down an icy Kala Patthar, Kumar was a constant. Kamal was also a constant smiling face and helping hand. While Kumar was helping me down Kala Patthar, Kamal was assisting my trekking partner down.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and what a joy it was to trek with Kumar and Kamal. I missed them as soon as I left and I can’t wait to plan another trek. When returning to Nepal, I will explicitly seek these two to be by my side.

Beautiful trek, excellent guide!
We did a trek to Gokyo and EBC in a private 3 person group. The experience was amazing! From our arrival in Kathmandu everything was taken care of. Flights to Lukla are very weather dependent, so I'd recommend having a few days of leeway. Once we arrived, Bhoj, our guide went above and beyond to arrange everything, often staying up to plan around weather, messaging tea houses to ensure rooms were booked, or arranging transportation when plans changed. 100% recommended - especially to see Gokyo, which in the early morning looks spectacular!

I thoroughly recommend Mountain Mart Treks. We have just returned from Bhandar to Gokyo Lakes. Our 2nd trek with them. The owner Dolakh is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Our guide Nabin is extremely helpful and caring especially when our daughter was sick. Our porters Bhola and Padam are so strong and always smiling. They carried our bags over mountains that we could barely drag ourselves over. We couldn't have done it without all these amazing people. Looking forward to the next trek with them.

Gokyo / Everest Base Camp Trek. I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had while trekking to Everest base camp this June 2022. Mountain Mart made the process simple, cost effective, efficient and fun. The service provided by Dolakh the owner was exceptional! Mountain Mart is a locally owned company which made the experience even better knowing that the money we spent stayed in Nepal. Mountain Mart made us feel more like friends than clients. I cannot say enough about the guide and porters who made the trek possible. Three of us went on the adventure, my son and his friend and it simply would not have been possible without out their help. In particular, our guide Bhoj Kumar Tamang, without him the trek wouldn't have been nearly as awesome. When we first met Bhoj it was like running into an old friend. You could tell he was not just doing his job but that he wanted to ensure your experience would be the best it could be. It was hard not to be infected by his enthusiasm for the area. Bhoj provide great guiding but he was like a trekking concierge as well. Hotels, food, flights, whatever the need Bhoj could make it happen . I am sure he knew everyone in Nepal. We met many on the trail whos guides did not provide like services and you could tell that their experience was less for it. I cannot recommend Mountain Mart Trekking of Nepal enough. If you are going make sure you use their service and make certain you ask for Bhoj as your guide. You will not regret it.

Everest Base Camp Trek (EBC) - When Trekking Groups Become Family
A trip to Everest Base Camp is obviously a bucket list experience for most people. The thought of placing your blind faith in a company to ensure safety and comfort is extremely overwhelming, and no matter how many reviews read, or research conducted – it is still overwhelming. I selected Mountain Mart based on the positive reviews and ethical standing of the company. Still – reviews only do so much and can often be deceiving. I’ve worked with numerous tour companies before – ranging from God awful to excellent – and I will attest to having a top notch experience with Mountain Mart from the get-go.
From the onset – Dolakh was extremely responsive and straightforward. I never had to worry about badgering him for a response, and he truly seemed vested in the experience I would have as opposed to just seeking financial compensation. I had a friend join the trek a little late in the game, and Dolakh made this transition seamless. Additionally, he understood the concerns our party had regarding the high altitude and the rapid ascent. He ensured 100% flexibility in our journey in the event of illness. I appreciated that he was vested in our experience and wanted us to make the most of this experience after traveling across the world.
After physically arriving in Kathmandu – I have nothing but glowing remarks to say about the entire experience. This is especially a leap of faith since you are trusting your life to strangers and spending the next ten days together. Our guide Yukumar greeted us at the hotel and clearly set the expectations. The morning of departure, he navigated us through the complex domestic terminal at KTM airport and ensured we were on the first flight to Lukla. Once we arrived in Lukla, our porter Kamal joined the trek. Simply put – these two were rockstars and literally worked tirelessly to ensure we would have an amazing journey (the delicious cut fruit dessert platter each night – no other groups had anything close). I expected the company to look out for our physical wellbeing, but I did not expect Kumar to provide such a cultural insight into his country and help foster our love for Nepal. From literally knowing anything you could ask about the numerous peaks in the Himalayan range (seriously every altitude), to teaching us local customs, and even some Nepali (dhanyabād) – it was his knowledge and enthusiasm that reflected so positively for the beautiful nation he represented.
Trekking at such high altitudes definitely involves risks – with altitude sickness being one of them. Unfortunately, my friend did begin to feel the effects of this. There was not a single moment Kumar didn’t put his genuine heart forward to ensure my friend was safe and comfortable. He continually helped her through some difficult times, and reassured both of us on the enormous feat we conquered. I am a typically stubborn trekker and refuse to ask for help. After an extremely long and icy ascent up Kala Patthar – I didn’t recognize the difficulty of getting back down in dangerous conditions. Our porter, Kamal, hiked right up the mountain to assist me getting down. I would have never asked for help, but I’m thankful the company had the foresight to know this was an extremely dangerous situation and our welfare was most important. I managed this icy descent unscathed thanks to Kamal.
I truly believe the most captivating aspect of this trek was that we became family. I remember sitting at the tea house during the last night in Lukla generally sad that this trek was over. Kumar and Kamal had become important parts of our lives during a lifetime adventure we’d never forget. As accomplished as we felt completing the trek, it was sad knowing we would ultimately leave our two new friends at the end. Nepal is a country that isn’t just worth a visit, but worth a repeat visit(s). I’ve traveled fairly extensively and know I will be back, and Mountain Mart will be part of it. My only advice is this is an extreme journey that will tax you mentally and physically – be sure you have the right company to lead you through this. I could not be more pleased with Mountain Mart and our guide Kumar, and our porter Kamal.

I’m just back in Kathmandu from the 7 days Poon Hill Annapurna base camp trek, and had an amazing week. The views were brilliant, as was the walking. Mountain Mart have been fantastic, quickly organizing my trek and ensuring everything went smoothly. They made possible to do ABC trek comfortably, though I have limited time. We had a lot of fun, and my guide Prem kept us well entertained. Great company, great guides, great trekking.

Dit is alweer de 3e keer dat ik in Nepal trek en altijd met Mountain Mart trekking. Het is mijn ervaring dat deze trekking companie erg ervaren is. Inmiddels heb ik met Mountain Mart trekking de PoonHill, Makalu, Lang Tang, Panchase, Helambu en de Tamang Heritage trekking gedaan.
Elke trekking is anders en een ervaring op zich. Er is dan ook geen enkele trekking met elkaar te vergelijken. Soms slaap je bij mensen thuis, zeer eenvoudig en eet je mee met wat de pot schaft, wat meestal gewoon Dhal Bat is. Andere keren heb je het wat luxer als je in een heuse Lodge je onderdak vindt. Maar bijna is het altijd wel zo, dat warme douches je wel kunt vergeten!!
Het landschap varieert van hoog gebergte met kale met sneeuw bedekte toppen, koud en onhergbergzaam, geisoleerde gemeenschappen, tot de wat meer “laagland” (toch nog rond 3500 meter), waar je op je weg voortdurend dorpjes tegenkomt en mensen. Het landschap waar je door trekt is hoofdzakelijk bos, rijstvelden, en de typische newari gemeenschapjes. Contact met de bevolking is reuze gemakkelijk. En denk dan ook vooral eraan om pennen en balonnen mee te nemen om uit te delen aan de kinderen. Want op je weg komt deze vraag steeds weer opnieuw tegen. De kinderen zijn er erg blij mee.
Mountain Mart trekking heeft prima gidsen die je alles kunt vragen over landschap, gewoonten van de mensen, cultuur etc. Ze staan voor je klaar en zijn nooit te beroerd om je op wat voor manier dan ook te helpen. Ik heb inmiddels een goede band opgebouwd met verschillende gidsen die zo in de loop van de tijd ook echte vrienden zijn geworden. Mountain Mart trekking kan ik dan ook van harte aan bevelen aan mensen die op maat willen reizen, hun eigen vragen, wensen hebben aangaande het maken van ee trekking. Mountain Mart is gewoon TOP!!!

This was my first time in Nepal and I just wanted to do a short trekking trip to the mountains. I walked around in Kathmandu and found this trekking place, Mountain Marts Treks. They were very helpful and went on a trip for 3 days Chisopnai Nagarkot Trek. And I trekked to Chisapani and then to Nagarkot and last day we finished to Changunarayan, and took the bus to Bhaktapur and visited the famous square. I got my own guide that was very helpful and new all about the mountains. There was no rush and I could was as fast or slow as I wanted. The guide new all the places and shortcuts and found very professional and really kind, and made sure everything was good. It’s a perfect trip to start with and the views were amazing.

Mountain Mart Trek is recommended by my Hong Kong friends, they told me that MMT is a good agency, could try. Finally, my friends and I joined MMT's private trekking tour to Poon Hill in Feb 2013. After this trip, we will not use "good" to mention MMT, because MMT is an EXECELLENT agency. Their service is much higher than "good" level. We have already been a few countries in asia, but the tour provided by MMT is the best one!!!
Although their service is excellent, their price is reasonable. When I asked Dolakh (travel consultant of MMT) to help arrange my tour, he isn't like other agencies to just provide standard trekking itinerary. When he knew we weren't strong, modified the tour to be 5 days trekking instead of 4 days with other useful advices to suit our needs. His travel agency is what I need !! We enjoyed the trekking so much, the scenery was very nice and also much appriecate the services of the guide Shiva and the porter Sujan.
The guide told us a lot about the Nepal culture, provided the lodges with panorama view of Annapurna and fish tail (some lodges don't have the views). He looked after us well and always prepared all before telling him. The porter Sujan not only did his job - carrying the backpack, but also looked after us too. He tried his best to not let us slip on the ice trail. Also, we like this service provided from them - the guide always walked little bit in front of us and porter always walked little bit behind us to avoid we got lost in the mountain. We really thanks to Dolakh, Shiva and Sujan to give us a Wonderful trip in Nepal, we HIGHLY recommend MMT to be your agency.

2012年十月份的假期，我和一帮朋友到尼泊尔参加了人生第一次真正意义上的徒步，回到上海已经好几个月了。此次的尼泊尔之行让我感触良多，但却一直懒于提笔，所以一直拖到现在才写下这些记忆。
我在世界各地旅行，从来都是自己动手，丰衣足食。自己研究地图，交通，景点，宾馆，租车等信息，自己安排好所有的行程。但是这样的出游通常都是不超过4个人，自己安排还是比较方便的。可是此次的尼泊尔之行却是要组织8个毫无徒步经验的人，去走ABC线路，而且徒步旺季要安排8个人入住同一间不能事先预订的山里小客栈还是挺困难的，所以终于还是决定找一家有经验的徒步公司帮我安排。
考虑到我们是在尼泊尔的旅游旺季和国内的黄金周出行，而且我们8个人在加德满都和博卡拉参观以及进山出山时叫出租车也不方便，我计划从加德满都开始就有人帮助安排我们这么多人的住行。看了国内的很多游记，大部分徒步的人都是选择到博卡拉寻找背夫上山，所以没有发现什么适合我们的徒步公司推荐。于是在网上开始用Google搜索，经过对比和根据网站主页的第一印象，我选了和3家在加德满都的徒步公司联系，和这3家公司沟通了我的要求和想法之后，MOUNTAIN MART设计的ABC徒步线路以及和加德满都，博卡拉的衔接更加合理，价格也很有优势，同时，他们快速的响应速度，以及不厌其烦的态度也让我印象深刻，我最终选择了MOUNTAIN MART(以下缩写为MMT)。老实说，在行程开始之前，尽管已经和MMT有了多达十几轮的邮件沟通，也几乎把所有的重要信息确定下来，但是还是有一点担心自己的选择是否正确。
好在我们这次共计14天的行程和经历都证明了这次的选择是正确英明的。而且这样的安排也比较适合比较菜的的徒步者，不算太累。我们这次的线路如下：

Sept.28 Kathmandu－Pokhara (飞到博卡拉，下午在酒店休整)

Oct.5 New Bridge¬－Landruk－Pokhara(终于从山里走出来了)
Oct.6 Pokhara(早上尝试了MMT安排的滑翔伞，下午观光，逛街)
Oct.7 Pokhara－Kathmandu(乘坐包车回加都)
Oct.8 Kathmandu－Hongkong(晚上的飞机，白天继续观光)
Oct.9 Hongkong－Shanghai
非常推荐大家去走ABC(安娜普娜大本营)的徒步线路，我们8个人几乎都是平时完全不进行体育锻炼的人，走这条线路是有点吃力的，但是这7天的徒步还是能够坚持下来的。这条线路沿途的山居人家的人文景观，绚丽的自然风光，雄伟的雪山都是值得去走走看看。另外，这条线路已经比较成熟，沿途都有客栈可以休息，尽管客栈的住宿条件和城市里的比起来差强人意，但是走了一天，能够在这样的客栈里休息已经很不错了，应该比露营要舒适很多的。
我们的徒步向导Plam以及他的团队更是给我们留下了非常深刻的印象。也让我爱屋及乌地对尼泊尔人民的善良淳朴给予了最高评价。感人事迹列举如下：
1. 队伍里的一姑娘在徒步第一天就发现鞋子脱底了，尽管在大修后还是坚持了两天，但最后还是非常影响徒步，向导把自己的登山鞋和她对换，自己穿着一双破鞋走了后半程。
2. 下雨了，有团员没穿全防水的衣服，向导把自己的雨衣给她穿，自己淋成个落汤鸡，山里的雨，又在高海拔，那叫一个冰冷刺骨啊。
3. 每天到达目的地，向导总是把我们热汤热水地服务好，并把每个人第二天的早餐都记下安排好，再去和背夫一起吃晚饭。弄得我们都有点过意不去，好像变成剥削阶级了。
4. 我下山后在逛街时没看清路，摔了一跤，严重崴了脚，后面两天，向导一直背着我去看医生，背着我去吃饭，背着我去坐车……不夸张地说，比老公还细心体贴。
这里就不一一列举了，否则大家还以为我是托呢。这次，我确实是被这一群淳朴的人给感动了一把，所以觉得还是有必要在这里表扬一下。
总之，这次的行程是景美，人美，天公也作美。我们8个人也很满意MMT提供的专业的，贴心的服务，非常期待计划中的EBC的行程呢！
