We had a wonderful trek to Poonhill with a total of three nights before being safely returned to Pokhara by jeep. We were very well advised when we arrived in Kathmandu at the Everest Boutique Hotel and decided to do this trek even though we are not experienced hikers. And the decision was right, because it was sometimes challenging, but every meter was worth it and we now can't wait to come back to Nepal and do another bigger hike. From the food to the accommodations, everything was organized perfectly.
Many thanks to our guide Ram Bhandari and our porter Anil Thapa, who were a perfect support as a team and whom we would like to have with us again any time we go out again. We have rarely experienced such service in our travels and we are truly deeply grateful for how well they took care of us from morning to night.

The very best 14 day trek experience with Mountain Mart Treks!!! I cannot recommend this trekking company enough! I booked the 14 day Everest Base Camp classic trek and had a trip of a lifetime with the kindest guide, Yukumar. Originally I booked as a group tour but upon arrival I was the only one booked in due to off season. Dolakh, the company manager, ensured that I was supported with the changes and guaranteed the best one-on-one experience. This trip exceeded all my expectations and I will be booking with Mountain Mart again as soon as possible!

What an amazing experience I had with Mountain Mart Treks & Expedition, from day one the communication with Mr. Dholak was a great, as soon as arrived he was very pending and attentive for me to receive all the information, and help me with my special requests. Even the first day of the tour, when I wasn’t able to fly due to weather, they helped me booking a helicopter flight to get to Lukla on time. My guide Devi was a legend, he knows how to take you off the beaten path in order for you to be a protagonist and not only an spectator during your trek. He is a very knowledgeable, calmed and respectful guide, and is very energetic, if you like to have fun while visiting Nepal, Mountain Mart Treks & Expeditions is your company. What I really enjoyed about their treatment was how respectful it was, up in the mountain Devi would be so careful with detail about my meals, the room, even if I needed a cup of coffee or hot chocolate he would go a get it for you. I’ve been to many places with a lot of guides, but this time, I can label devi and this company within my top 2 tours ever in 35 countries.
We had an amazing week with him as our tour guide, he makes sure to make you feel safe, considered and very well involved with the culture of Nepal. He always took us to clean restaurants, great viewing points, and even got us traditional food or drinks when we had the opportunity.

Amazing trip to ABC with our guide Sudip. He always looked after us very well, had a good level of English and was cracking jokes the whole time. We learnt about the Nepalese culture and everything was organised very well, while also being very flexible with our schedule. He looked after our pace always listened if we needed breaks. We will definitely go for another trek with the company and Sudip. Thank you Mountain Mart.

We stayed at Everest boutique hotel and quickly decided to book the Everest base camp trek with their belonging agency „Mountain Mart“. It was very easy to plan the whole trip beforehand as they talked us through every single step and we could make all arrangements needed for our liking. Two days before the trip we met up with our amazing guide Bhoj who was not only fluent in English but also very kind and upcoming. Once the trekk has started we got to know our amazingly strong porter Milan, who was the kindest! During the trekk we got to know the Himalayas better as Bhoj insighted us on many regional topics and guided us perfectly through the trekk! We always stayed in really nice tea houses as Bhoj made sure to get us the nicest once as he knows each village very well due to his experience. We felt very safe and comfortable with the two and were able to reach base camp in the estimated time and no inconvenience came in the way during the 14 days with the two! Truly an amazing duo! We can only recommend this agency and the two, Bhoj and Milan. Thanks so much again, we will never forget the amazing experience of walking to base camp with you two!

We did the 6 day hike to Mardi Himal Upper View Point with our amazing guide Ram who is a very kind and friendly soul and always catered to all our needs. The trek was well organised, with basic but nice accommodation, good food and, most importantly, an epic scenery with stunning views! The perfect getaway for a couple of days if you are into outdoor adventures and enjoy interesting conversations with fellow travellers in cozy tea houses.

My son and I were on a trekking trip to Mardi Himal with the great guide Ram...he works for Mountian Mart from Kathmandu and was the perfect guide: caring and dynamic, he is a storyteller and able to explain nature, and always there for me as the 'papa'. He always knew when and where to find the best views onto the fantastic mountain landscapes, he always organised the best rooms in the camps and even cooked for us ! Thanks to this, we experienced wonderful moments in nature and in the camps alike.

We had an amazing experience trekking to Everest base camp with our guide Ram Bhandari and porters Vola and Bir.
Ram made sure our experience was fun, informative and trouble free, despite the tea houses being very busy.
The three of us had so much fun during the trek and achieving our aim of visiting base camp and peaking on Kala Patthar.

I went with 4 other friends for the everest base camp trek and our guide was YUKUMAR MAGAR and assistant guide was DEVI MAGAR. I came down with AMS and was swiftly brought down by a helicopter with the assistance of the agency. Communication was relatively good and logistics was not too bad. I would like to highly recommend assistant guide DEVI MAGAR. He was professional throughout the entire trip and very helpful with every step of the way. He spoke good english and is experienced as a guide. He gave us the assurance while trekking and was always kind and sincere in his interaction. If I you are to go for a trek with mountain mart i would highly recommend him.
Sleeping bags provided, coupled with thick blankets provided in the teahouses were sufficient and kept me warm through out. However I dropped out at tengboche, so can't comment about the cold any further than tengboche. My friends who completed EBC mentioned it was vvvvv cold after tengboche. So please prepare good enough a base layer, fleece down and outer shell to keep you sufficient warm. We are from Singapore, so we can't handle cold very much. Don't skim on clothings. Bring enough!! Enjoy to all trekkers, I hope u successfully complete your EBC!

Guide Kumar was fast in taking action to high altitude sickness by arranging for doctor at night and emergency evacuation from Pangboche to Kathmanthu hospital via helicopter on the next day.
Assistant guide Devi is awesome in answering our queries and attending to our needs👍.
I would also like to thank the two porters (including Devi who doubled up as 3rd porter) who were patient enough to walk with us at our speed, helping to carry heavy loads (each abt 30kg average), when they could have walked at their speed to reach each teahouse and offload earlier❤️

We started communication with Dolakh (agency owner) in December 2022 to plan our trek to Annapurna base camp in April 2023. All communication was always prompt and he was very responsive. When we started our journey to Nepal, we missed the flight from home country to Kathmandu. But that wasn't the problem at all, Dolakh accommodate and adopts our plans immediately. Additionaly then also all the flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara were canelled. Also this was managed smoothly and we got private car drive to Pokhara instead.
There in Pokhara we meet our travel guide Ram and he was the best part of the trek, knowing all the peaks and giving us the best lodges and providing us private room and bathroom whenever possible. He always kept us entertained and in good mode and also thought us a Nepali card game. Also we were always provided with fruit (which Ram carried up to the mountains for us) after dinner, which other guests didn't get. We always felt like VIP guests. Our porter Susan was amazing as well. He was very strong and kind man, who carried all our stuff to the mountains. We would highly recommend Ram Bhandari and his friends to guide you to ABC or EBC treks.

We started to plan our trek to ABC in december 2022. We were planing to go to Nepal in April and when the day of departure arrived, we missed the plane. However this was not a problem for Dolakh (agency owner). He still managed to provide us a hotel and a trek. Then also flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara were cancelled, but he arranged a private car to Pokhara. For which we were really grateful. In Pokhara we met our guide Ram which was the best part of the trek. He thought us everything about Nepali culture and answered all the questions we had. He also knew every peak and he always kept us in good mood. He knew all the best lodges in the mountains and whenever it was possible he provided us with private bedroom and bathroom. Every day after dinner we also got fruit from Ram (which he carried for us up to the mountains) and which other guests didn't have. We felt really like VIP.
Also when we got back from the mountains to Pokhara he provided us with a really nice hotel, close to the lakeside. And when the government decided that the road back from Pokhara to Kathmandu will be closed due to elections, he helped us with flight tickets and with calls to the flight company. He was really there for us from beginnig till the end. We also need to mention our porter Susan who was really strong and kind, and carried all our stuff to the mountains. We would really recomend Ram and his friends to guide you in your trek in Nepal.

We were very happy to enjoy a thrilling trip of the Mount Everest Base Camp, Gokyo lakes and Cho la Pass with Mountain Mart Trekking. Our guides were very supportive and gave us the necessary support during the entire trek.
We were given the most delicious foods and warm drinks when temperatures were very low most of the time in the snow on the trek.
Our porters were very friendly and also helped us whenever possible. The guides and porters were always available to assist the hikers during difficult times.
The guides even provided extra support while one of the trekkers became ill. The support was unbelievably and caring and it gives one the assurance that one is in good hands no matter what the difficult circumstances may be.
We reached the Everest Base Camp after going up the challenging Chola Pass with the help of our guides.

We did Annapurna Circuit trek from Dharapani to Muktinath with our guide Prem.
The agency helped us organizing everything in very short time and everything was super efficient!!!

I decided to book the Annapurna Base Camp track on May 22nd, 2023 one day before my birthday, as a gift to myself. I have to admit that I was a bit concerned about trekking with a guide as I have only done solo trekking or hiking with my wife only, so this was going to be a new experience.
If you decide to do any of the treks, do yourself a favor, and ask for Ram as a Guide. As soon as I met him, my concerns about trekking with a Guide disappeared, We had a great chat, and I could sense that he is easy to get along with, trustworthy, and the type of character who I can count on.
We spent 5 days, in the Himalayas in one of the most incredible scenery I have ever seen. It was a real adventure, from start to finish, and Ram played a major role in making it so special. It helped a great deal, that he knows the trails like the back of his hand which meant that we didn't get lost like all the others who we met along the way. I also appreciated that he genuinely cared about my experience and more importantly about the locals living in the mountains.
The trek itself is not too difficult and I can recommended it for different age groups. The sunrise at Annapurna Base Camp was probably the highlight of my trip to Nepal. I am truly grateful that I picked Mountain Mart to organize an adventure I will never forget.

Had a memorable 10 day hike to EBC with MountainMart treks, the trip was expertly organized and carried out.
Dolakh was really committed and readily available whenever we tried to contact him. He worked closely with us during the preparation and organized everything for us.
Bhojraj, our guide, was fantastic. He was kind, attentive to our requirements and difficulties, and he modified the hiking itinerary as necessary to make our trip enjoyable and successful.
Bhoj and the porters made sure we successfully reached Everest base camp and returned home, even helping us carry our handbags when we were fatigued.
All of the hotels and tea houses where we stayed were cozy, and the food—particularly the Dhal Bath—was delectable and nutritious in most places.
We were grateful to have Bhoj with us who took care of everything because the hike itself becomes more difficult as the day goes on and assistance from the guide and others is necessary to accomplish the hike.
I heartily suggest MountainMart Treks to anyone interested in trekking the EBC

Gokyo Cho La pass Everest Base camp Trek. Phenomenal, what an amazing experience. Bhoj our guide and Ram our Sherpa are good friends and work so well together, they made our experience so much more than just a trek with their willingness to share their knowledge, culture and experience. Bhoj went above and beyond to ensure we had the option to take advantage of every opportunity including options beyond our outlined itinerary. Bhoj and Ram are both incredibly polite, caring, considerate, friendly and fun and we will always remember this trip because of them, they are our friends and we can’t thank them enough. We recommend asking for them by name - your guide and Sherpa can make a huge difference to your experience. I booked a tour for the ABC trek days. The tour started from Kathmandu. The round trip as well as accommodation in the local lodges including meals were guaranteed and all promises were kept. My guide (Lochan) was helpful at all times, worried about my health and adapted to my pace. I always felt safe and any problem was in good hands with him. The tour was well worth seeing and the organization and the people behind it are warm and recommendable.
